Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore, An Ihg Hotel, Pittsburgh

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful view, but it seemed like they could use some more maintenance, especially on the carpet next to the bed. However, the location is very convenient, being close to all the Pittsburgh attractions along the river path and in the North Shore area. The service at check-out was efficient, but I found some aspects like dry cleaning and grocery shopping services missing.
